How do I know my order was placed?

Once your order is completed on wilddaisyacres.com, we will email you an order confirmation to the email address provided during the ordering process. The order confirmation may end up in your junk or spam folders. Don’t see your order confirmation email, email us at thewilddaisyacres@gmail.com. We will be happy to look the order up. Once we ship your package, we will send you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?

Oops we are sorry to hear this! Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order; check out the terms and conditions of the code. If you need more help please visit this page.

Can I visit/tour the farm?

The farm is open occasionally for tours. Please sign up for our email newsletter for announcements on future tours. Because Wild Daisy Acres is a private residence and working farm, we must restrict access to Farm Tour dates only.

I received a damaged/defective item. What do I do?

  1. Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to thewilddaisyacres@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached, or that the product is unused.
  2. Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
  3. Include the first and last name on your Wild Daisy Acres account, order #, and product code/name of the item.

You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24-72 hours.
